ClickKT: Would you please tell us something about you and your site?

Ian: My name is Ian Fernando and I am an affiliate marketer, blogger, and social brander. I have been on the internet for quite a while and started making money via ebay drop shipments. I recently got into affiliate marketing not too long ago, maybe 3 years ago.

My blog is IanFernamdo.com and has all my case studies and failures of all my internet doings. I also talk about recnt activities that I am doign as well. The blog main focus is marketing and not strictly affiliate marketing. I do a lot of things outside affiliate marketing such as product creations and web services.

There are lots of ways to make money online and I definitely want to try to do and see what is the most profitable.

ClickKT: What got you getting started to build your blog?

Ian: Well, I wanted to have a place where I can jott my doings on the internet and see how I grow over the years. It was not recently where I started to making some money on my blog and I decided to go ahead and write more things on my blog.

My blog was another source of income and I definite enjoy posting and reading comments from what others has to say.

ClickKT: Where to get idea blogging about make money online ?

Ian: As stated above, I started to make some money online via ebay and read that you can make more money online. The blog is just a place where I can ramble and talk about my current marketing experience, good or bad. Since I really had no other topic to write about I wanted to share my failures to others and see what others thought.

ClickKT: Did you spend time and money to adsvertise your blog?

Ian: My blog was never advertise. I have gotten a lot of link backs from other bigger blogs as well as #1 for multiple keywords via SEO.

ClickKT: Recommended programs to earn money from your blogs ?

Ian: I suggests downloading OIOPublisher and start selling advertising space, this way you can start small and work your way up in price. Ablog is very valuable real estate once it gets the traffic.

ClickKT: How much money did you got in first month blogging ?

Ian: hmm not sure about that maybe an easy 100$ when I first first started. Really not sue. Now my blogs makes money from affiliate links, paid reviews, and advertisements.

ClickKT: What are your favorite blogs?

Ian: I have a bunch in my RSS reader. So it is hard to tell, it varies for me on a daily basis. If I had to chose I say I like reading alot of the personal blogs by shoemoney and johnchow. They are always interesting since it gives me a break from marketing.
