Interview With Hesham Zebida

Toan: Would you please tell us something about you and your site?

Hesham: My name is Hesham Zebida, I want to thank you first for this great opportunity. I have entered to the internet world about 7 years ago, I was thinking how to discover this great virtual world and decided to take a part of it and start lunching my first website, so I learned and studied web design and made some projects.

Toan: What got you getting started to build your blog?

Hesham: Before I start Blogging I was founded by CMS applications like Wordpress and Joomla as a part of my job, I started creating websites for my clients depending on great CMS applications, then I said to my self why not having a blog specially that I can make money from it.

Toan: Where you got idea blogging?

Hesham: It was a very simple idea, just started by a simple blog about life in general, then I thought it would be good thing to have my personal blog Zebida.com and publish about my work and what I like to do.

Toan: How to become a professional blogger?

Hesham: I think that professionals on any field who are making their living from it, so now you can imagine how hard it is, and how much time it need to be a professional Blogger, for me I am still doing it as a part time job, I am not sure when and how it will be more than that because still not earning what is enough to leave my present job as an internet services provider in some company. So, this can lead you that to be a professional Blogger you have to make it your number one source for living. I can tell you more about this in the feature when I can make it

Toan: How long does it take to become a professional blogger?

Hesham: I think it depends on the person and his experience, so no body can say 1 year or two is enough. I have been Blogging for more than 2 years and I don’t consider my self a Pro Blogger yet because when ever I learn something I find that there is too much more to learn from the Blogging world.

Toan: Which blogs would you recommend for any beginners starting to blog?

Hesham: I recommend problogger.net as the most important source for learning about Blogging and how to Blog. There you will learn great tips and then you can discover other great sources by your own. I also sometimes search for fresh Blogging ideas on web directories as I think it’s more efficient than search engines if you are trying to find a specific content.

Toan: Which ebooks would you recommend for beginners starting to blog?

Hesham: I haven’t actually read so many ebooks about Blogging, so for me there is no ebook to recommend for now, sorry!

Toan: What are your methods of marketing for your blog?

Hesham: Oh.. we came to the fun part, if I talked about this matter it will take me long, so I will try to make it short as I use lots of social networks, forums, and I have my own strategy that depends on promoting my blogs on each other as I have more than 5 blogs now which gives me the ability to play good with them. Recently I have created a social network for Making Money Ideas NewMediaBloggers.com, I bookmark all good posts from professional Bloggers about making money, but I can say that most of my blogs traffic is from SEO first and then BlogCatalog, Twitter, Facebook.

Toan: What did you do when don’t have the idea to blogging?

Hesham: Finally I found a way to close this gap, I depend on Twitter tool plugin for Wordpress, and I set a series of posts I call it Zebida Fridays which make it easy for me to award my Bloggers friends by linking back to their good stuff that I found on their blogs every week. So by this strategy I have solved the problem of Blogging about what!

Toan: Did you spend time and money to SEO and advertising your blog?

Hesham: Time? Yes.. Money? No, because I decided to spend from my blog earnings on my blogs, so till now I didn’t make too much to spend good on SEO, but I give time when I have for that.

Toan: What’s the best way to make money online from blog?

Hesham: Traffic should be your target if you want to Make Money from Blogging, so for me I still don’t have this great traffic that can do the job and I think this will take some time, but I think the most effective way to make money from new blogs is to write reviews posts that pays for your to blog, and at the same time publish some advertisements like Google AdSense for example. I also recommend to try reach page rank of 4 on Google, because this what brings advertisers to your blog, below than PR4 you will not hear often from them.

Toan: Recommended programs to earn money from your blogs ?

Hesham: For me this is what works most.. Google AdSense, InLinks and InfoLinks.

Toan: How much money did you got in first month blogging ?

Hesham: Nothing! Zero I can tell that most Bloggers was not thinking about monetizing their blogs when they first started Blogging, and this is why it’s hard to find someone who earned from the first month.

Toan: Who do you think are the most professional blogger on the internet?

Hesham: There is too many of them, and for sure I can not tell about them all here.

Toan: Which blogs do you regularly read?

Hesham: I regularly read blogs on my list of 100 blogs using CommentLuv plugin, by this way I could bring them all in one place, I had to stop answering the question and add your blog to the list now

Toan: What are your advice for beginners who starting to blog?

Hesham: My advice would be to Read before you Write, because when we read more about Blogging we will be able to find out the right way.
