How To Optimize For WordPress Blog

WordPress is free software to create and manage blogs.

There are two major benefits when using WordPress for blogging:

1. Free download and use

2. Search tools in general, and Google in particular, is “preferential” WordPress blog

WordPress is open source software, meaning that people are free to use. Choose a host with “cPanel”, it will help for installing WordPress becomes easy with just a few clicks!

Buy a domain name, find a hosting service supporting cPanel and WordPress installed with the domain you buy! Theoretically, you are ready to post items first! But before you post messages, here are the things should work.

Before you post messages, you need to set up your blog and optimize search engine, this will help your blog to develop easily in the future.

As WordPress is open source software, the development around the world have written hundreds of plugin enhanced functions for blogs, and most of the plugin is also free. Visit WordPress.org, you’ll find hundreds of free plugin. Some plugin you use for your blog:

* Installer (install this plugin first, it will simplify installation of other plugin)

* Ultimate Tag Warrior (essential plugin for managing tag)

* Sociable (contact network Bookmarking)

Next, in the dashboard panel, select the Options menu and select Permalinks. You need to edit their place on this page to optimize the appearance of you on search engines. Custom Options box, type the following and save:

This code will optimize search engine for your post, but you must be careful: just select a category for each message, and do not change the list of messages after the post write!

  • I couldn't agree more that WordPress is the way to go! Many years ago, I didn't understood why making were making such a fuzz about it. Having used it for several years for different sites and blogs, I got to learn more and more about its features and experience it's benefits.

    Beside the fact that I love everything about it, there are 2 points that makes it really outstanding for me:

    1) Quick indexing of everything you have in Google.

    2) The incredible list of free plugins!

    WordPress is the way to go, and it's free!
