Google uses many methods and different criteria to determine ranking search. If your site meets most of these standards will make sure you will rank high on search results by Google. In this article we will learn some most important standards that google are using to determine search results.

1) Age Of Website

Age of your website must old. If you have a new domain name will be very difficult to achieve high ranking on Google. The new website need time to prove to Google that they are reliable before they can achieve high ranking in search results.

2) PageRank

PageRank is a report the importance of a site. It value changes from 0 to 10. Indicators PageRank is calculated based on Backlinks, content and design of the website. PageRank was a topic causing a lot of debate and is very concerned by the “webmaster”.

3) Keyword density

  • You've missed out "# of backlinks". This is the major point that affect your SERPS, so try your best to increase your backlinks. Commenting in dofollow blog is a wonderful way to get strong backlinks, but do leave genuine comment that relevant to the post, not those "Great post!", "I like your post!" and those one-two words comment.

By consistenly writing unique content on your site you would rank much higher in the serps but if your writing duplicate content your search engine position can certainly drop but I don't agree with the idea of Google dropping your page rank because of writing duplicate content.
