I just read a post about increase PageRank was writen by Adam From The 42nd Estate. In that article, he was said that:

  • I don't think the Thesis Theme alone can be helping a lot in getting PR5, but quality contents and strong backlinks do. SEO theme is only a small piece of the puzzle. Community is important and it's the only one who helps you for getting strong backlinks.

  • This is dependent on your SEO ability. May be in few months or few years and also is never. You should ask yourself. Backlinks + Traffics + Content + SEO + Campaign = High PageRank!

  • As others have said, the theme is only one element to having a high PR. Quality content and relevant backlinks are still the top 2 ways to rank high.

  • hahaha we don't have to argue about the PR5 because of the theme...maybe it's just one of the reason why he got a PR5 and not mainly the theme that made him achieve PR5.
  • Hmmm...wonder if it's true. I guess it how the coding is done in the theme. I wish i have the that theme to examine the code. :)

  • Adam is right, you can't get pagerank 5 by using Thesis theme only in 2 months. You have to write great posts and connect with other bloggers. Content is king. :D

  • Well, it wasn't just the Thesis theme that got us to PR5!

    For starters, I wouldn't worry too much about Page Rank. Write great posts, connect with other bloggers first. That's what we did, amongst a slew of other things, to get a PR5. If your content stinks and you don't build a community the Thesis theme won't help you!
