Daniel Soccoc – a popular bloggers is well known for his Dailyblogtips. He is also the founder of Online Profits, Daily Bits and Daily Writing Tips. Daniel Scocco has lived and studied in several places around the world, including Italy, Chile and Brazil. After receiving a degree in International Economics and working for one year in a multinational company, he decided to pursue entrepreneurial projects on the Internet.

Would you please tell us something about you and your site?

My name is Daniel, and I started building websites and blogs in 2005. For the past 3 years or so I have been making a living exclusively from my online projects.

What got you getting started to build your blog?

I always loved the Internet, and always wanted to create websites (I had even used Geocities back in the day…). Then in 2005 I found myself with a huge load of material that I had written for my degree thesis. So instead of letting it accumulate dust on my university I decided to share that stuff with people via a blog. That is how I got started.

Where you got idea blogging?

I guess I read about it while surfing the web, and the it seemed like an easy way to publish stuff online, so I decided to give it a try.

How to become a professional blogger?

You just need to create a blog that will attract a lot of traffic and have authority. Once the traffic and authority are there (and I am talking about thousands of unique visitors per day), the money will come in one form or another. Notice that I said “just,” but by no means it is an easy thing to accomplish.

How long does it take to become a professional blogger?

There are people who start making a full time income with their blogs in 6 months or so, but these are the exception. I would say that an average person would need to wait some 2 years before she would be able to make a full time living from her blog.

Which blogs would you recommend for any beginners starting to blog?

Problogger.net, Copyblogger.com, Entrepreneurs-Journey.com, Quicksprout.com, Doshdosh.com.

Which ebooks would you recommend for beginners starting to blog?

I am not sure about ebooks, but the Problogger book by Darren Rowse covers pretty much all the basics, so it is a good one to buy if you are new to blogging.

What are your methods of marketing for your blog?

I try everything and filter out the ones that don’t work. For example, I already used PPC, banner ads, social bookmarking, social networks, YouTube videos, contests and so on.

What did you do when don’t have any idea for blogging?

This rarely happens, as I write all my ideas down. As of today I have over 30 posts in draft mode, where I just need to write them down, but the idea is there already.

Did you spend time and money to SEO and advertising your blog?

I tried some paid advertising in the past, yes. I never paid for SEO, though, as this is a field I particular like, so I handle the SEO of my sites personally.

What’s the best way to make money online from blog?

There is no best way. Every blog is different, so it will need a different combination of income sources and monetization strategies.

Recommended programs to earn money from your blogs ?

You need to try different things and see how they work for you.

How much money did you got in first month blogging ?

Nothing. I didn’t monetize my blogs for the first 6 months or so.

Who do you think are the most professional blogger on the internet?

A professional blogger is someone who makes money out of blogging, so by “most professional” you mean the one who makes more money with it? If so I would guess Michael Arrington from TechCrunch.

Which blogs do you regularly read?

Too many to list here.

What are your advice for beginners who starting to blog?

Focus on creating value and the rest will come.

Thanks Daniel for answering the interview! Happy New Year!

This article was written by Toan Nguyen Minh at Cho Toan dot Com!!!

Typhoon a.k.a Sushant is the founder of Smart BloggerZ and he is 16 years old. He lives in India and is studying in 11th grade. He is a hacker turned blogger. He has been blogging for almost one year and has been writing for the past six months.

Toan: Would you please tell us something about you and your site?
Typhoon: - I am Typhoon a.k.a Sushant, a 16 year old blogger from Indore,India and the owner of www.smartbloggerz.com. Before blogging I was indulged in different kinds of hacking and pirated products uploading at RapidPiracy.com(^^^you can sensor that thing^^^). But suddenly something came into my mind and I came into Blogging field. My blog, SmartBloggerz, aims at providing easy to understand blogging, seo and making money online tips which would help to any blogger to succeed with their blogs and make good income.

Toan: What got you getting started to build your blog?
Typhoon: - I saw blogs a very easy way for me to share my knowledge so that newbie bloggers who don’t have any idea about blogs and how to make income with it could learn something from my expirience.

Toan: Where you got idea blogging?
Typhoon: - How I got the idea of blogging is little bit similar to CarlOcab story. I also used to play a lot of multiplayer games and win some money with it. My mum used to shout at me for this reason and used to say “Study my son, Study!!”.
One day when I was searching for some game cheats or something(don’t remember properly) I got to know about Carl’s blog and thought that I can also do that kind of thing because I was already having great addiction and knowledge about Web. So that’s how I got idea of blogging.

Toan: How to become a professional blogger?
Typhoon: - I don’t think that I am really a professional blog. It’s just kind of “part time” thing for me but I take blogging very seriously whenever the PC and the internet is in my hand

Toan: How long does it take to become a professional blogger?
Typhoon: - It’s purely how much you did the hard work to market your blog. Without hard work you can’t be a professional blogger. Trust me…

Toan: Which blogs would you recommend for any beginners starting to blog?
Typhoon: - For every begineer blogger I would recommend them to must see www.problogger.net – It’s simply a complete database about blogging.

Anddd one would be…Hmmm..Lemme think. Yes! My blog – www.smartbloggerz.com

Toan: Which ebooks would you recommend for beginners starting to blog?
Typhoon: - I am not a Big Fan of reading e-books though I found few of them very usefull. One of them would be written by Gyutae Park called “The Winning Way – Ultimate Checklist of 500+ Proven Internet Marketing Strategies“. It’s really a must read!

And Yaro Starak’s Ebooks are also a good one.

Toan: What are your methods of marketing for your blog?
Typhoon: - Right now I mainly market my blog with the help of Twitter, Participating in Forums conservation and commenting on various blogs of my niche. Sometimes I also send instant messages with my blog updates to 1000+(can’t count more than that due to limitations) people who are added in my Yahoo Messenger List.

Toan: What did you do when don’t have the idea to blogging?
Typhoon: - When I am unable to blog, I mostly surf the web for interesting things, chat with my freinds and watch TV. Sometimes I manage to concentrate on studies if I am in mood to do so(mainly during exams)

Toan: Did you spend time and money to SEO and advertising your blog?
Typhoon: - In my earlier days of blogging I tried optimizing and marketing my blog without any money. But when I started making some money I spent It only in adverting on few blog only when I thought I won’t be able to update my blog. So to balance the traffic I used the advertising power.

For SEO I really used to spend a lot of time earlier, I used to spend 3-4 hrs. a week on it. But right now due to very less time I get for blogging I hardly manage to do so.

Toan: What’s the best way to make money online from blog?
Typhoon: - It could be from ad-sales or from PPC networks for those who are very new to blogging.

Toan: Recommended programs to earn money from your blogs ?
Typhoon: - By selling affiliate products…

Toan: How much money did you got in first month blogging ? ( Great ^_^ )
Typhoon: - It was seriously something like $5-$10 which I made from adsense.

Toan: Who do you think are the most professional blogger on the internet?
Typhoon: - Shoemoney looks a professional blogger to me. Even the whole Techcrunch community looks professional bloggers.

Toan: Which blogs do you regularly read?
Typhoon: - The blogs I read regularly are those which I have recommended above. Other than that I read many blogs from which many of them are my friends blogs. I won’t like to take the names here as If i forget to include someone then he might feel bad about it.

Toan: What are your advice for beginners who starting to blog?
Typhoon: - You will never see a bomb of success fall on you immeditely. So be patient. Try the best ways and Never feel bad about if you are not getting the results you excepted. It also happened with me in my earlier stage of blogging but I never thought of giving up and tried my level best to push my blog.

Thanks Typhoon for the interview!

This article was written by Toan Nguyen Minh at Cho Toan dot Com!!!

Toan: Would you please tell us something about you and your site?
Abdylas: I am Ades and I blog about internet and blogging related things at http://www.adesblog.com. My other sites are http://www.adesclrpicker.com and http://www.web2bookmarks.com AdesClrPicker is a free color picker software for Windows.

Toan: What got you getting started to build your blog?
Abdylas: I have been online since my university years in early 2000, internet was not a huge thing yet at the time. But still it was pretty interesting. I first started my website on geocities (now shutting down by Yahoo) and later got my own domain name. Running my website for about 5 years, providing tutorials on web design, in early 2005 I decided to shift to blogging. Frankly I was quite hesitant to start, that’s why I started late. In 2005 everyone was already blogging for some time. But nevertheless I have been able to achieve some success with blogging.

Toan: Where you got idea blogging?
Abdylas: It wasn’t that one idea got me started but it was more like a pressure that I should already move to blogging… As i said above, I was already late

Toan: How to become a professional blogger?
Abdylas: I wish there was a simple answer to this, but to summerize it all boils down to your own experience, your skills, your writing skills, your personality, perseverence…etc

Toan: How long does it take to become a professional blogger?
Abdylas: I would say potential people could become problogger within a year (if they launch everything successfully). Because there are many things to it, writing good posts is one thing and marketing your blog is another, SEO is another, your blog look and feel is another…etc

Toan: Which blogs would you recommend for any beginners starting to blog?
Abdylas: problogger.com

Toan: Which ebooks would you recommend for beginners starting to blog?
Abdylas: I am in the middle of writing an ebook about blogging so wait for my ebook
I am not familiar with any ebook on blogging.

Toan: What are your methods of marketing for your blog?
Abdylas: First and foremost writing good content and then marketing it effectively in different ways. For example I used to organize weekly contests at my blog – giving away free amazon gift cards and other things. Social network and social bookmark sites are very effective too, depending on your quality of your post if you make an effort to promote your posts in these sites they have the potential to bring thousands of users.
Networking with other successful bloggers is important too. When you know and become good friends with other bloggers, you will usually mention each others blogs or new projects.

Toan: What did you do when don’t have the idea to blogging?
Abdylas: I don’t blog just to blog, so when I don’t have anything to blog about I just don’t blog that day. I reason it’s better not to blog when you are not in the mood.

Toan: Did you spend time and money to SEO and advertising your blog?
Abdylas: I didn’t spend any money on SEO of my blog and sites. But time of course, lots of it. And i did spend some money on the advertising before.

Toan: What’s the best way to make money online from blog?
Abdylas: High Traffic + Ads. That’s probably the most common way to make money. Other ways are possible too, but not everyone will be successful in them i.e affiliate programs, selling things, providing services…etc

Toan: Recommended programs to earn money from your blogs ?
Abdylas: Text Link advertising services like TextLinkAds and LinkWords were great at one time, but not anymore. Most of the bloggers I see are making money from affiliate marketing these days – promoting SEO and blogging related courses, ebooks etc. As the time changes making money opportunities do change too, for example people are moving to Twitter to make money now (read my blog about it).

Toan: How much money did you got in first month blogging ?
Abdylas: Zero. I started making money only after one year i think.

Toan: Who do you think are the most professional blogger on the internet?
Abdylas: From blogging related bloggers Darren Rowse (problogger.com)

Toan: Which blogs do you regularly read?
Abdylas: Regular would be a strong word because I have very little spare time for reading other blogs regularly. Most of the time busy with my own blog and projects. But I do check from time to time blogs like problogger.com, shoemoney.com, inspiredstartup.com, blog.guykawasaki.com etc

Toan: What are your advice for beginners who starting to blog?
Abdylas: Don’t blog for money at least until your blog becomes successful. Don’t blog in a niche that you are not interested, because when it doesn’t pay for few months you will surely stop blogging.

Thanks Abdylas for this interview!

This article was written by Toan Nguyen Minh at Cho Toan dot Com!!!

Jay, a blogger on make money online niche, he is lives in Boston. If you like this interview, please visit to DatMoney Dot Com or follow Jay on Twitter.

Toan: Would you please tell us something about you and your site?
Jay: Well, my name is Jay and I actually own quite a few sites. But most people know me from my online entrepreneur blog, DatMoney.com. There’s not much to say about me besides the fact that I’m easy to get along with, funny, goofy and an online entrepreneur trying to do it for a living.

Toan: What got you getting started to build your blog?
Jay: Again, which blog? Lol… honestly, I’ve always wanted to do something online and something that I’d be interested in. I like to do things on my own time so I figured why not.

Toan: Where you got idea blogging?
Jay: I didn’t start on DatMoney.com but the more I learned, the more I expanded my horizons on the various sites that I own. I tend to just go with things that I’m interested in and that I enjoy so that way I’m not forcing something. I don’t want my online stuff to be like a routine job but rather something I want to wake up to and do. I try to focus on things like sports, money and women. And not necessarily in that order.

Toan: How to become a professional blogger?
Jay: I wouldn’t say I’m a pro, matter of fact, I think i’m far from it. But just as long as you write good enough for lots of people to continue to read your stuff, then you definitely shouldn’t have a problem with it.

Toan: How long does it take to become a professional blogger?
Jay: I would ask a pro. But I’m sure it depends on the person and how committed you are, how much you know, etc.

Toan: Which blogs would you recommend for any beginners starting to blog?
Jay: DatMoney.com… but besides mine, there are a few but it all depends on what you already know. Though, I would stay away from the John Chow and stuff because they never give you good advice… wait, I don’t think they really give any advice on how to make money online. They’re just there to entertain…

Toan: Which ebooks would you recommend for beginners starting to blog?
Jay: I honestly couldn’t tell you off the top of my head.

Toan: What are your methods of marketing for your blog?
Jay: Again, it depends on the blog. I started marketing a lot on most of my blogs and just focused more on the search engine traffic. Yeah, I’d like a big reader base but search engine traffic is what is getting me the most money. Plus, I think it takes less time to target search engine traffic…

Toan: What did you do when don t have the idea to blogging?
Jay: I don’t blog. It’s just as simple as that. When you force things, your readers will know. Plus, a lot of people don’t even like it when you blog multiple times in one day. It’s hard to keep up with that.

Toan: Did you spend time and money to SEO and advertising your blog?
Jay: I have but found that was a waste. It may take a little more time and effort but you can work around all of that and not spend a dime and get similar results. For instance, don’t pay for advertising on a blog when you can simply guest post and get better results.

Toan: What’s the best way to make money online from blog?
Jay: I don’t know what the best way is but all I can say is, there are PLENTY of ways to do it. For instance, http://www.datmoney.com/2008/11/get-the-password-to-my-100day-adsense-post-and-more-for-subscribing.html

Toan: Recommended programs to earn money from your blogs ?
Jay: It depends what you do. I don’t have specific programs in mind but there are a lot of tools that are helpful. But again, it depends what you’re trying to do. Affiliate marketing? SEO? Etc…

Toan: How much money did you got in first month blogging ?
Jay: My first month? I have no idea because it’s been a while. I can say it was definitely enough to pay for hosting but definitely not enough to quit my job.

Toan: Who do you think are the most professional blogger on the internet?
Jay: Who cares? Honestly, I could careless and for those who actually want to make money should probably do the same.

Toan: Which blogs do you regularly read?
Jay: I don’t read blogs regularly like I used to. Anyone have any suggestions?

Toan: What are your advice for beginners who starting to blog?
Jay: Don’t go into the MMO niche, make sure you read, learn and TAKE ACTION! There are lots of advice I can give but not doing anything is not wanting to succeed.

Thanks Jay for the interview.

This article was written by Toan Nguyen Minh at Cho Toan dot Com!!!

I have also interviewed with Ben Pei about 4 month ago. About 3 days ago, he has just pre-launched his blogging system that is called Pro Blogging Secrets.

Toan: Would you please tell us something about you and your site?
Ben: My name is Ben, blogger behind www.BenPei.com. I just came up with my own blogging system called the Pro Blogging Secrets™ which teaches anyone and everyone how they can also become a pro blogger and monetize their blogs too. Ben Pei Dot Com is a blog which shares my own blogging experience as well as many others tip to make money and build up your own popularity as well. Sounds like a place you want to be in huh?

Toan: What got you getting started to build your blog?
Ben: I needed a platform to make money online and I enjoyed writing and blogging stood out among others. Anyway, we can do affiliate marketing with our blogs too, so why not? I wrote some bad stuff about my college teacher on my very first personal blog and he happened to chance upon it. Instead of scolding me, he said I wrote very well and I should work on it. Somehow, that became my motivation…

Toan: Where you got idea blogging?
Ben: Blogging is not something new and so having the idea to blog isn’t something out of the blue too. I just enjoy sharing my daily ramblings and since I could make money from it and meet a whole bunch of friends, I never stopped since day one.

Toan: How to become a professional blogger?
Ben: Ahhh… This is a good question Toan! I believe my Pro Blogging Secrets™ is able to that question very well. Well, for all those who are interested to find some good answers to this question, feel free to head over to my blog(http://www.BenPei.com) or website (www.ProBloggingSecrets.com) and download my free report called ‘Roadmap To Be A Blogging Jedi’. This is your choice my fellow bloggers!

Toan: How long does it take to become a professional blogger?
Ben: It all depends how hard you work and how you define professional blogging. Some say monetized blogging is pro, some say branded blogging is pro. Whichever way it is, don’t stop in the middle!

Toan: Which blogs would you recommend for any beginners starting to blog?
Ben: Ben Pei Dot Com, … Well and if you are free, you could try out ProBlogger.net and DailyBlogTips.com .

Toan: Which ebooks would you recommend for beginners starting to blog?
Ben: Seriously, this is a tough question Toan. But I would want to recommend my very own blogging system which includes 4 guides and 1 software. I hope your readers can check it out at http://probloggingsecrets.com

Toan: What are your methods of marketing for your blog?
Ben: Social Media, Forums and Search Engine.

Toan: What did you do when don’t have the idea to blogging?
Ben: I take short breaks and even if it means to go on a short holiday, I will do that! Try to get your mind away from business for a short period and you will realize how much new ideas can flow in when you are refreshed.

Toan: Did you spend time and money to SEO and advertising your blog?
Ben: No. I have yet to spend a single cent on advertising till today. But I don’t mean that paid advertisements are bad.

Toan: What’s the best way to make money online from blog?
Ben: Reviewing affiliate products and of coz banner ads sale.

Toan: Recommended programs to earn money from your blogs ?
Ben:

1. ClickBank
2. Adsense
3. ClickBooth

Toan: How much money did you got in first month blogging ?
Nothing to be ashamed of here. I made $80 on first month! But today I have raked in 5 figures. So there’s no way you should give up!

Toan: Who do you think are the most professional blogger on the internet?
Ben:

Darren Rowse
John Chow
ShoeMoney
The guys behind TechCrunch and Gizmodo!
They are really amazing…

Toan: Which blogs do you regularly read?
Ben: All that I have mentioned above. I would also hop by my friends’ blog!

Toan: What are your advice for beginners who starting to blog?
Ben: There is no quick result in this. Don’t ever think of giving up even if you have not met any success in your early days of blogging. I have witnessed many people start and gave up because they thought they could get rich quick. That’s impossible unless you win a lottery! Just keep going and learn from the success others who did it and you will reach there one day.

Thanks Ben for the second interview!

This article was written by Toan Nguyen Minh at Cho Toan dot Com!!!

Stephan Miller is a professional blogger who made thousands of dollars from his blog though affiliate marketing. He is also an eCommerce webmaster, a SEO and a marketer. If you like this interview, please visit to Stephan Miller’s Blog or follow Stephan on Twitter.

Toan: Would you please tell us something about you and your site?
Stephan: I have made money in a lot of different ways online. I started as an Ebay seller. Then I was a shareware author. I also wrote an ebook on Ebay. But Ebay became boring, so I tried affiliate marketing. And have stuck with it. I also run multiple ecommerce sites as a day job.

My site covers anything you would need to know to run an online business and get traffic to it. I also write a lot about blogging, which is yet another way to make money online. My preferred method of getting traffic to a site is SEO, but I have used pay per click, social media and email marketing.

Toan: What got you getting started to build your blog?
Stephan: I actually started it a while ago, back in 2005. I didn’t post that often. I wasn’t quite sure what I was doing. But I became more active in the end of 2007. I studied what blogging was about and became really familiar with WordPress.

Toan: Where you got idea blogging?
I started my blog as a portfolio or a place to record what I had done online. It could be something I could refer to a potential employer as a reference of my abilities. Well, eventually I got a job working on the internet full time. So I changed the focus of my blog to running an online business and getting traffic.

Toan: How to become a professional blogger?
Stephan: It would be hard to say that I am a professional blogger, really. I do pick up SEO, Internet Marketing and Development jobs from the blog and make a few affiliate sales. But I have yet to support me and my family full time with a blog. That will be the point I consider myself a professional blogger.

But I am on my way. I do hope to eventually dump the 9 to 5 job. And I will do it using multiple income streams. One will be through affiliate marketing, selling other people’s products online. I made about $30,000 last year through affiliate marketing. I will also be taking on more internet marketing clients.

Toan: How long does it take to become a professional blogger?
Stephan: It takes a lot of focus. Since I have a lot of side projects and a full time job, there is probably a quicker route to success than the one I am taking.

I would say that it takes a lot of posts, a lot of comments, a lot of socializing at social networks and a lot of marketing your blog in various ways. The more time you have to do that each day, the quicker you will get the prize.

Toan: Which blogs would you recommend for any beginners starting to blog?
Stephan: Problogger – http://www.problogger.net

DoshDosh – http://www.doshdosh.com

Chris Garrett – http://www.chrisg.com

Daily Blog Tips – http://www.dailyblogtips.com

Copyblogger – http://www.copyblogger.com

I have to add mine in there: http://www.stephanmiller.com

Toan: Which ebooks would you recommend for beginners starting to blog?
Stephan: I have two that I read and they actually helped me. They are both free.

One is John Chow’s free ebook: http://www.johnchow.com

The other is Yaro Starak’s: http://www.entrepreneurs-journey.com/

Toan: What are your methods of marketing for your blog?
Stephan: I use feeds to their fullest. I find every possible way my feeds can be picked up by other sites. Feed directories are just a start. There are forums and social networks that allow you to add your feeds. It is one of the first things I do with a new blog. Once this is done, each new post builds links to your blog, from each one of these sites that pick up your feed.

I comment on other blogs. I do try to focus on Dofollow blogs but even high traffic blogs that won’t give you a backlink will send you some traffic. All you have to do is be helpful or informative enough to get people to click through your comment link.

I participate in social networks. I belong to a few niche networks, but other than that I stick to the big networks like Twitter, FriendFeed, StumbleUpon, Digg and Facebook.

Toan: What did you do when don’t have the idea to blogging?
Stephan: I used to work in construction. I still work a part time job, but running an ecommerce site. I got the job because of my experience with the internet through blogging. But I was also an affiliate marketer before I was really a blogger. I have made money from affiliate programs for about 4 years now.

Toan: Did you spend time and money to SEO and advertising your blog?
Stephan: I use a lot of SEO, a lot of building links and a few social networks to promote my blog. I have use pay per click to promote affiliate programs, but not really for my blog. One of jobs I do as a freelancer is SEO work. It is the first tool I go to when I promote anything online.

I am new to social media, but then again just about everyone is.

Toan: What’s the best way to make money online from blog?
Stephan: I still think affiliate marketing has the most potential on a blog. You can’t make your blog one long sales page, but if you can find a few products that compliment your subject matter, there is income potential. And with affiliate programs, you get commission in dollars instead of pennies per click like Adwords. You can also start a review blog and promote even more products.

Toan: Recommended programs to earn money from your blogs ?
Stephan: I have earned money through Clickbank, Commission Junction, Regnow, MaxBounty, E-Junkie and various other in house affiliate programs. I did make some money through Adsense in the earlier days, but I don’t recommend it now.

Toan: How much money did you got in first month blogging ?
Stephan: I made nothing, LOL. My best month of affiliate marketing made me $8000 though.

Toan: Who do you think are the most professional blogger on the internet?
Stephan: I listed a few blogs earlier for those learning to blog. I will add some of my other favorites here:

Zen Habits – http://www.zenhabits.net

Chris Garrett – http://www.chrisg.com/

ReadWriteWeb – http://www.readwriteweb.com/

A List Apart – http://www.alistapart.com/articles/

Toan: Which blogs do you regularly read?
Stephan: The two lists above should cover the basics. I have a Google Reader packed with about 2000 feeds and then use Feedly to aggregate them for me. Although it is impossible to read them all, Feedly brings me the top stories from all of those feeds.

Toan: What are your advice for beginners who starting to blog?
Stephan: Write like you are writing an email to your best friend. Or write like you don’t have and audience. Practice writing above all. All promotion techniques are basically cut and dried. You learn them and you know them. But with writing, you must practice as much as you can. And with practice, you will get better at it and find your voice. The rest is work but it is easy. And be social. I picked internet work earlier in life, because I was kind of anti-social. I still am, a little. But you have to get out to comment on other blogs and participate in forums and social networks.

.

Toan: Would you please tell us something about you and your site?
Ajith: I am a programmer by profession and has been having some kind of website or other since 1998. DollarShower is my first self-hosted blog before which I had a couple of hosted websites and free-hosted blogs.

Toan: What got you getting started to build your blog?
Ajith: I was basically inspired by those big bloggers like Darren Rowse, John Chow etc and wanted to see if I can make it big as well

Toan: Where you got idea blogging?
Ajith: Initially from various literature on the web – then I got to read a lot from ProBlogger.net

Toan: How to become a professional blogger?
Ajith: You may ask that to Darren Rowse. I am stil not a professional blogger, I spend very little time on it these days. However, from my experience in order to become a professional blogger, you need to relentlessly blog in the first few months and really market it well. You need to have a professional outlook in whatever you do – like your language, quality of content, blog theme, branding, your social networking etc.

Toan: How long does it take to become a professional blogger?
Ajith: It purely depends on your blogging skills, time and money that you can spend online. It’s possible to become a recognized blogger in one year but it takes a lot of pains to continuously excel.

Toan: Which blogs would you recommend for any beginners starting to blog?
Ajith: Problogger.net, DailyBlogTips.com, entrepreneurs-journey.com, BloggingTips.com

Toan: Which ebooks would you recommend for beginners starting to blog?
Ajith: None. I don’t read them. However, Darren Rowse has serialized a 31 day blogging challenge and compiled it as an eBook. Sounds like it has some great content.

Toan: What are your methods of marketing for your blog?
Ajith: Initially I used Google AdWords for a jump-start. Then I was focussing on blog commenting and improving my presence in forums, Yahoo Answers etc. Recently, I started using Twitter and social bookmarking profiles. However, if you ask me the best way to market your blog initially, it is about identifying 25-30 blogs in your niche and relentlessly commenting there and subscribing to their feeds.

Toan: What did you do when don’t have the idea to blogging?
Ajith: I usually store 10-12 post ideas for me to post. In addition, sometimes I keep 1-2 posts scheduled as well. However, any blogger will go through blogger’s block at some point and you have to be ready with some filler ideas for those days. Browsing some bigger blogs in your niche, going through forums, subscribing to a lot of news letters, answering queries from your readers as a post etc are some of the easiest ways to come up with a quick post if you run out of idea.

Toan: Did you spend time and money to SEO and advertising your blog?
Ajith: I did not spend even a dime on advertising or doing SEO. However, I got some Google AdWords credit free with my hosting that I utilized. I also used the $20 in free clicks with Bidvertiser. Hey, wait. In fact, I used a service called TakeTheGlobe for the first two months or so to boost Alexa.

Toan: What’s the best way to make money online from blog?
Ajith: Google AdSense, Paid reviews, Affiliate/referral links and Private Ad Sales. If you want to risk your Page rank, you can go for Text-link-ads as well. Banner (CPM) ads are a big NO.

Toan: Recommended programs to earn money from your blogs ?
Ajith: Google AdSense (including feed ads), Amazon affiliate scheme, Hosting schemes’ affiliate links, OIO publisher based private ad sales, InLinks with your internal pages that has a PR.

Toan: How much money did you got in first month blogging ?
Ajith: Nothing

Toan: Who do you think are the most professional blogger on the internet?
Ajith: Darren Rowse and Brian Clark

Toan: Which blogs do you regularly read?
Ajith: I cant name one as I read around 40-45 of them daily (I don’t read all their posts though)

Toan: What are your advice for beginners who starting to blog?
Ajith: Just enjoy the blogosphere and you will be successful. If writing is not a natural thing to you, think twice before jumping into blogging. Don’t feel pressurised to become famous. There’s only one out of 10000 bloggers who make it really big. If you really enjoy blogging and produce some good content, the fame will follow you.

Thanks Ajith for the interview!

This article was written by Toan Nguyen Minh at Cho Toan dot Com!!!

Deneil: My name is Deneil Merrit, blogger at kushmoney.com and owner the kushmoney network. I love making money online and helping others.

Toan: What got you getting started to build your blog?
Deneil: I had a domain and did not know what to do with it. I then used it to make a blog to keep track of projects, earnings, and personal thoughts on what I have learned online.

Toan: Where you got idea blogging?
Deneil: Heard about wordpress and thought it was perfect for what I wanted to do.

Toan: How to become a professional blogger?
Deneil: I would say the best way to become a pro blogger is to never give up. Blog about something you love.

Toan: How long does it take to become a professional blogger?
Deneil: That really depends on the person and their plans. Some bloggers can do it in a year or 2 while others it may take 3 to 5 years.

Toan: Which blogs would you recommend for any beginners starting to blog?
Deneil: Hands down I would have to say problogger.net You can easily search through that whole blog to learn anything you looking for.

Toan: Which ebooks would you recommend for beginners starting to blog?
Deneil: lol, I would not recommend any ebooks about blogging. Most of them are outdate. Grab as many free was as you can but the best way to learn is just start blogging.

Toan: What are your methods of marketing for your blog?
Deneil: Well, without giving out any secrets. lol. There are no secret ways to market your blog. What I do is try every marketing trick out there and pick the best ones that work for my blog. Everybody has a different way to market their blog. Try out all the marketing tricks and pick the top 5 that bring in the most traffic.

Toan: What did you do when don’t have the idea to blogging?
Deneil: Find some news to post about within my niche. I often write about 2 articles a day and post one a day. Most of the time I have about 5 posts ready to go. Best thing to do is put together a post plan.

Toan: Did you spend time and money to SEO and advertising your blog?
Deneil: Mostly time doing SEO. Total, I would say I spent about $25 or so on advertising my blog.

Toan: What’s the best way to make money online from blog?
Deneil: Provide a service or product and leverage your blog to sale your product or service.

Toan: Recommended programs to earn money from your blogs ?
Deneil: My blog is a personal which I cover many different niches. I can’t recommend something for anyones blog because it may not fit their blog. What I can recommend is do some affiliate marketing within your content. Sign up to a CPA network and see if they have any offers that fit your niche. Add a link or 2 in your content to make the link look normal, so you earn a commission.

Toan: How much money did you got in first month blogging ?
Deneil: lol, thats funny. About $3 or $4 from google adsense.

Toan: Who do you think are the most professional blogger on the internet?
Deneil: I can’t just pick one or two bloggers out of millioins of bloggers. It wouldn’t be right.

Toan: Which blogs do you regularly read?
Deneil: I read about 100 – 200 blogs on a daily bases to leave comments. Too long of a list to name them all.

Toan: Would you please tell us something about you and your site?
Alex: I’m Alex Fraiser, a 15 year old blogger who blogs at Blogussion.com and Asnio.com. Blogussion is a blog aimed at improving other people’s blogs, and Asnio is really about young entrepreneurship and some web development stuff.

Toan: What got you getting started to build your blog?
Alex: It’s kind of a long story, but after spending a year trying to create a successful forum and failing, I decided to see what else there was out there. I found WordPress in 2007 and have been enjoying using it ever since.

Toan: How to become a professional blogger?
Alex: I have yet to find out, but I believe if you remain consistent on your blog, are loyal to your community and never let failure stop you, then you’re on your way to becoming a professional blogger.

Toan: How long does it take to become a professional blogger?
Alex: It depends on how much effort you put into your blog, but I would say a year or more.

Toan: Which blogs would you recommend for any beginners starting to blog?
Alex: Of course I would recommend my own blog, Blogussion.com, ProBlogger, BloggingTips.com and HowToMakeMyBlog.com.

Toan: Which ebooks would you recommend for beginners starting to blog?
Alex: Definitely check out Yaro Starak’s Ebooks, they have helped me a ton.

Toan: What are your methods of marketing for your blog?
Alex: Twitter, forums, blog commenting have all worked well for me.

Toan: What did you do when don’t have the idea to blogging?
Alex: When I can’t write, I design. Either for my own sites, or I do freelance client work. But when I’m off the computer, I like to go outside and walk around the woods a bit. Clears my mind, and I just feel really good out there.

Toan: Did you spend time and money to SEO and advertising your blog?
Alex: The most money I have spent on SEO is $164, and that’s on the very versatile and SEO friendly Thesis framework.

Toan: What’s the best way to make money online from blog?
Alex: Build a community, DON’T put any ads out at first. Release stuff for free like Ebooks or other freebies. It’s all about the community, and you cannot make any money from your blog until you have that community base!

Toan: Recommended programs to earn money from your blogs ?
Alex: Can’t say, I haven’t tried anything yet!

Toan: How much money did you got in first month blogging ?
Alex: $0! But I did spend around $30…so I actually lost money in my first month. But hey, gotta spend some to earn some right?

Toan: Who do you think are the most professional blogger on the internet?
Alex: The ones that stay loyal to their blog regardless of how good or bad their blog is doing. I won’t mention any names, but if you stay with your blog all the way through, then I consider you a pro.

Toan: Which blogs do you regularly read?
Alex: To add onto the blogs I mentioned above,

Zen Habits
Persuasive.net
Envato Network Sites
Smashing Mag
NOUPE
TUAW

Toan: What are your advice for beginners who starting to blog?
Alex: Expect to do more work than you will be rewarded.

Thanks Alex for the interview!

This article was written by Toan Nguyen Minh at Cho Toan dot Com!!!
